1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phbingo ("phbingo," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phbingo website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any phbingo service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phbingo Platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a phbingo account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phbingo, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or regulatory prohibition from participating in online gaming.
• You have not previously had a phbingo account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number or email address. phbingo reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, or driver's licence — to verify your identity at any time.

Each individual may hold only one (1) phbingo account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. phbingo reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any balances or winnings associated with them.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbingo login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phbingo will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or SMS.

You agree to notify phbingo immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. phbingo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All activity conducted through your phbingo account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

phbingo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit card (Philippine-issued)

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your phbingo account dashboard.

phbingo does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. Attempting to fund your account through an unauthorised method may result in the transaction being declined and your account being reviewed.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. phbingo may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of the payment method used for deposits. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement.

phbingo reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phbingo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have a verified phbingo account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• phbingo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the associated account may be permanently closed.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus, phbingo's decision shall be final.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the phbingo Platform — including slots, bingo, Keno, live casino, and all other game categories — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

phbingo uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and independent of previous results. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phbingo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phbingo shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phbingo Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one phbingo account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phbingo staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

phbingo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools within every player account to help you stay in control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phbingo Platform.

phbingo strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. If we have reason to believe that a player is under the minimum age, we will suspend the account pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be voided.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phbingo Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of phbingo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phbingo.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbingo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction or system error.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or cessation of the Platform due to maintenance, regulatory action, or force majeure events.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.

phbingo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbingo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phbingo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

phbingo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phbingo will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the phbingo Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phbingo, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
